Join us for an in-person social experience where you’ll dive deep and explore big questions through guided conversations proven to help you create deeper connections with new people.

The goal of Connection Feast isn’t just to attend a one-time event. We want to help you create and find a community of people you connect with on a deeper level. Joining a Feast helps you get there.

Let’s get social again?

As you emerge from your Covid cocoon, it's time to slowly get reconnected, both with yourself and with other people. This City Feast is a great opportunity to dip your toes back into being social in-person, while also exploring the topic of change: What it is, where and why we've experienced it, resisted it, and how to make it happen.

Can you ever really change?

Everyone wants to be a better version of themselves, yet even if we can change and evolve, it certainly doesn’t happen easily.

While you’re generally capable of change, are there some things about you that are less likely to change even if you tried? For example, we often think that our own personalities—and those of people we’re close to—are constant and predictable, but what if they aren’t? What does change really even mean?

Some change is easier than others, but if you go beneath the skin and dig into your own foundation, genes, values, behaviors, patterns, and brain wiring, can you really change enough so you can improve your life in some capacity?

⬇️ If you're interested in connecting deeper both with yourself and with other people in-person, and have an open mind to look at yourself and the way you’ve embodied change in your life, this in-person City Feast is for you.
