Join us for an in-person community-building social gathering all around the topic of trusting your gut, and what it actually means.

Let’s get social again? 🙋🏽‍♂️ It's time to slowly get reconnected, both with yourself and with other people. This Feast is a great opportunity to dip your toes back into being social in-person, while also exploring the topic of what gut feelings are, and if you should trust them.

--------------------------------------------------------

🥸 Often we’re told to “Just trust your gut,” but what does that actually mean, and should you really? And more importantly, how do you do it?

If you’re wondering what trusting your gut even means, Rumi might have said it best, “There's a voice that doesn't use words. Listen.”

But then, why is it so hard to sometimes listen?

😅 Relying on your gut feelings has a bad reputation, especially in the Western part of the world. That’s because many in western culture have come to think that humans have progressed from relying on primitive, religious, or "magical" thinking to analytic and scientific thinking.

As a result, Western culture often views emotions and intuition as a whimsical tool. But can't we have both intuition / gut feelings and science? If not, no wonder we don't often trust our gut...Our society shames it!

  • Do you know what a gut feeling / intuition feels like? How is this feeling different from fear, indecision, or anxiety?

  • How do you recognize when your gut is trying to tell you something?

  • How do you connect with your gut feelings? And can you ask your gut questions? If so, what should you ask?

  • How do you know when your gut feelings are reliable or trustworthy?

  • What role should gut feelings play in your important decision making?

  • Can you train yourself to have better gut feelings?

⬇️ If you're open to dig a little deeper and have an open mind to look at yourself and your mindset around trusting yourself through your own gut feelings, this Feast is for you.

🎟 Tix will go quickly! Connection Feast members will have first access.
