🤔 If you had to guess, how often has fear held you back from living the life you want to live?

Fear is a vital emotion. It helps protect you from harm.

😬 However, fear can sometimes present itself as irrational, which can cause you to fear situations that are far from life-threatening. In that case, fear (and its bestie, anxiety) can almost feel like kidnappers...holding you back from the full, free life you could be living. This stranglehold often gets worse over time, if left unchecked.

The good news is that safely facing your fears is a skill…And it can be learned and improved, and just requires a little self reflection and practice.

⭐ Guess What ⭐ You're more likely to face some of your fears when you take small steps, feel personally motivated, and most importantly (in our opinion), when you have a sense of connection to others along the way.

So consider:

  • Have you ever stepped up to the plate and faced a fear?

  • Or is there a fear you would like to face?

  • Where is fear showing up in your life?

  • What does it stop you from experiencing?

  • What decision would you love to make, but you’re clouded by uncertainty?

⬇️ If you're interested in connecting deeper with both yourself and with other people in Seattle, and have an open mind to look at yourself and how fear has impacted your life…Then this in-person Seattle City Feast is for you! Join us!
