Deep Conversation | Seriously, can we talk?

Join us for a virtual deep conversation all around hard talks, why they’re necessary, and how you can confidently express yourself even when things are awkward.

😅Have you ever held yourself back from having a difficult or serious talk with someone? Maybe you want to avoid conflict, so you push your feelings aside?

It’s normal to want to steer clear of problems in relationships, especially if you’ve had conversations that went nowhere in the past. But what’s the cost of keeping quiet, and is it really worth it?

💥You might need to talk to a friend, parent, colleague, boss, partner, or even a complete stranger about something that’s bothering you—and that can definitely be intimidating!

Finding the courage to start a difficult conversation can be tough. But it’s one of the keys to healthy relationships. An assertive and constructive conversation has the potential to actually help a personal or professional relationship evolve!

🙌🏽 Sure, some conversations can be challenging, but they’re an opportunity to express yourself so you make sure your needs are met. Plus, these discussions can help make things right before they get worse. So consider:

  • Why do you avoid difficult conversations?

  • What are you sacrificing whenever you stay quiet for the sake of avoiding conflict?

  • How do you react when others want to have a serious chat with you?

⬇️ If you're open to dig a little deeper and have an open mind to look at the importance of difficult conversation, and how to move through them with less conflict and more self-assurance, this Feast is for you!
